This site does not sell tickets, and it cannot see, change or refund a booking you made on a museum's or a platform's own page. For anything to do with an order, a refund or a timed-entry slot, the museum or the site you booked through is the one who can help. What we can do, and want to do well, is keep these pages accurate.

Worth writing to us about

A price that has moved. A museum whose opening days, closed day or admission has changed. A museum in the city or along the coast that we have missed. A broken link, a rating that looks wrong, or any factual error about visiting Copenhagen's museums. If you run or work at one of the museums listed here and something on its page is out of date, tell us and we will fix it quickly.

We read everything and reply when a message needs one, though a single-person guide cannot always answer trip-planning questions one by one. Much of what people ask before a visit is already covered on the FAQ and across the guides.
